Signal Processing & AI Research for Clinical Neuroscience
Senior Researcher
Bio:
I was born in Germany and received the B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering in 2017, 2019, and 2025, respectively, from Paderborn University, Germany. In 2018, I was awarded the “Weierstrass-Preis” for excellent teaching in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics. My research interests include matrix and tensor decompositions and joint blind source separation, with applications in neuroscience. After gaining a lot of understanding on theoretical methods, I would like to use this knowledge now to make an impact in clinical practice through my research in the SPARCliN Lab :)
